Arjun Ramprasad is enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry and joined Kria Law as an Associate after graduating from Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, in 2023. He is an integral part of the Trademarks, Enforcement, and Data Privacy Team, and has also gained experience with Geographical Indications during his training.

His work spans a wide range of industries, including technology, AI, fintech, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and more, and he has represented both domestic and international clients, from large companies and well-known brands to, in particular, startups and MSMEs building their businesses from the ground up. He regularly appears before the Trademarks Registry, with particular experience handling Madrid applications designating India, and has attended numerous show cause and opposition hearings. He also advises on patent prosecution, guiding clients through the strategic and procedural aspects of securing patent protection.

His published blogs cover topics in IP and TMT, particularly data privacy and cybersecurity.

Tennis and pickleball keep Arjun active during the week. With over 15 years of musical experience performing at the national and international level, he is classically trained in Tabla and proficient in a variety of percussion instruments.
