Arundathi Krishnadas is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, with focused experience in intellectual property law, particularly trademark prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, and enforcement. She has experience advising reputed Fortune500 clients across sectors including pharmaceuticals, technology, FMCG, entertainment, hospitality, and e-commerce.

Arundathi has handled end-to-end trademark portfolio management, with specific focus on brand protection and trademark enforcement. Her work has involved cross-border coordination with foreign counsel and in-house legal teams. Her extensive experience includes drafting and reviewing a wide range of intellectual property, technology, data protection, and commercial agreements, as well as handling domain name dispute complaints.

Arundathi graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, and has previously worked with leading Delhi-based law firms on IP and commercial advisory matters.

Outside work, she is an art and literature enthusiast, and enjoys exploring and watching indie shows and movies in her free time.
